Return policy
To provide convenience and the best customer experience, Yen Tu Macca has appropriate policies in place for product exchanges and returns. We always aim to offer customers the best products and quality service.
Customers are advised to inspect the goods upon delivery and may proceed with exchanges/returns at the time of delivery or receipt. Product exchanges are subject to specific conditions outlined below:
Conditions for product exchange:
- Incorrect type, model, or quantity of goods in the placed order.
- Technical defects from the manufacturer or damages due to transportation (external conditions like torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.).
- The exchanged product must be in new, intact condition, without any tears or cracks, and showing no signs of prior use.
- The product must have all labels, tags, and purchase invoices intact.
- The product for exchange must fall within the allowed exchange/return timeframe. This does not apply to products from other promotional campaigns or clearance items.
- Customers should take photos and videos of the product immediately upon receipt to serve as evidence for future reference/complaints.
Exchange time frame: 7 days for online customers and 3 days for customers who purchase directly from the store, starting from the date of receiving the goods. If the specified time frame is exceeded, we will not accept product exchanges/returns for any reason.
For online customers: After receiving the exchanged product, we will assess it and notify the customer of the results and the proposed exchange/return solution within 3 to 5 days. For customers purchasing directly from the store: Customers should bring the product to be exchanged directly to the store along with the receipt. Store staff will inspect the product’s condition and provide a solution on the spot. Store staff will provide specific advice for customers to choose the best option.
Note: Each product can only be exchanged once.
Refund methods:
- In the case of online purchases: Yen Tu Macca will cover 100% of the shipping fees for customers if the exchanged product meets all the conditions outlined in Section 1 (Conditions for Product Exchange/Return).
- In the case of in-store purchases: If the product is not faulty but the customer requests an exchange, the customer will incur a 10% fee based on the total invoice amount paid.
